Calculate a harmonic entropy table.
Parameters
- options: HarmonicEntropyOptions
  Parameters for calculating the table.
- ratios: number[][]
  Ratios precalculated using precalculateRatios.
Returns [number, number][]
Array of [cents, entropy] pairs where entropy is in natural units.
